Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.


Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over for delivery. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
